As the People Advisor at Assai Software Services, you’ll support management in implementing People policies, handling administration, and tackling organizational challenges. Working closely with the Head of People, People Coordinator, and global partners, you’ll play a key role in aligning the right talent with the right roles—helping drive Assai’s growth and success.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be part of a supportive team with a can-do mentality—going the extra mile to enhance the workplace at Assai Software services.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Advise & Support – Guide managers and employees on People policies, local and international regulations, and operational challenges worldwide.
- Drive Growth – Help implement and develop our annual Growth Cycle to foster talent development.
- Oversee Key Processes – Manage sick leave policies, recruitment activities, and compliance with labor laws across different countries.
- Shape People Policies – Co-develop and maintain policies, business rules, protocols, and employment contracts.
- Provide Insights – Create reports and management information to track People objectives and drive improvements.
- Lead & Innovate – Contribute to team projects and help professionalize the People Department.
- Empower & Engage – Foster a high-performance, employee-centric culture that prioritizes quality, empowerment, and productivity.
- Ensure Compliance – Support adherence to global labor and visa laws.

Het aanbod
- Competitive salary of € 4.750,- to € 5.500,- gross per month.
- Workweek of 32 to 40 hours.

Je profiel
- Hbo/wo graduated, preferably in the HR-discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar HR-position.
- Knowledge and insight on Dutch labour legislation, immigration laws and personnel information systems.
- A “can-do” attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
- Availability for at least 32 hours.
- Strong advisory skills, tact, empathy, listening, helpfulness, and persuasion are important. The ability to motivate and engage others is crucial.
- A team player. Enthusiasm and ambition are definitely appreciated!
- Open, curious and tolerant attitude towards different cultures and backgrounds.
- Fluent in Dutch and English is a requirement.
